After a very long drive from Halifax we arrived late at our storage facility due to the storm we drove through, with 2 U-hauls and hired movers ready to unload, only to discover it was closed. The sign also indicated they would be closed the next day. In a moment of pure panic I decided to try the emergency number posted in the window. As soon as I heard the friendly voice on the other end of the line I knew everything would be okay. Angie came straight to the depot, several hours after they had closed, with a smile on her face. She was incredibly compassionate and helpful, and somehow did not seem in the least bit annoyed that she was there on her off time. She mentioned how much she enjoyed her job, which was apparent throughout our entire interaction. When I asked about the beautiful furniture pieces in the office she explained she wanted the space to feel warm and not so transactional as these were people’s beloved belongings. I know an exceptional employee when I see one, and that is Angie. She went above and beyond for us, and I can tell she does this regularly. I can’t possibly thank her enough and I want to make sure her higher ups recognize the star they have in her!

Great place for storage! Front desk workers are very friendly and welcoming. Whole process of renting is very easy and never had any issues. Used them for both this summer and last summer and it was great!

Patsy was friendly and helpful when it came to the process. She went over the payment details and how to access my unit and made sure I understood everything before signing the dotted line. Would definitely recommend go a friend

The two lovely ladies Patsy and Angela were incredible. They got me all sorted out, answered all my questions, and made very friendly conversation with me. It was a great first experience with a self storage place! My family loves patronising this place. Definitely recommend.
