Excellent service from start to finish!
The facility is clean, efficient, and well organized. The woman at the front desk is absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Communication was clear and respectful the entire time. They made everything simple, from explaining notice timelines to confirming my exact move-out date. The whole transition was smooth and stress-free.
When I moved out, they even followed up quickly, which really impressed me. I was honestly hesitant about using storage, but this experience completely changed my mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again — highly recommend!

Great experience at Apple Self Storage on Bishop Drive in Fredericton. Patsy was super friendly and really helpful, which made everything easy. The place is clean and feels very secure, so I had no worries about my belongings. I’d definitely recommend this location.

Very friendly and fast service, showed me 3 different units and was in and out under 20 minutes. Angela explained everything clearly and without confusion. Definitely recommend! Safe and secure compound!
